1. Both equally good aircraft in term of technology. However, the avionics and skill of the pilot makes a lot of difference.
2. J-10 is better and cheaper, more advanced avionics. Especially the J-10b. Also it has better rate of climb, thrust to weight ratio, economy and armament. F-15 is and old aircraft with bad aerodynamic solutions.
3. F-15 Eagle is maybe similar to J-10 in characteristics but Strike Eagle is lot more better. Modernized technology, avionics, armament, lower RCS, better radar, engines and everything… That is reason why is Strike Eagle so expensive. Also I think thrust to weight ratio 1.07 is with full fuel and armament, with half fuel and without drop tanks it is almost 1.20…
