1. Eurofighter is currently one of top military jet fighters, better than Rafale or Su-35 and lot better than older Sukhoi Su-27. Su-27 is replaced by Su-30 and Su-35. Su-27 has great maneuverability but only in low speed, it is too heavy and too big, Eurofighter is lot better in high-speed maneuverability, so it has better chance to out-climb or out-perform old Su-27.
2. In BVR fight you should take into account larger RCS of Su-27, Su-27 will detect Eurofighter under 30 miles and Eurofighter will detect Su-27 over 45 miles (or even 50)… Also MBDA Meteor will easilly hit large target like Su-27.
